SpaKinect Virtual Medical Evaluation

Body Tonic requires annual medical evaluations to approve you for any treatments you may have over the next 12 months. We are currently doing this via a telehealth service called SpaKinect.

You MUST complete your evaluation 24-hours PRIOR to your Body Tonic appointment.

This evaluation approves you for any and all treatments you MAY want to have over the next 12 months.

You will receive instructions on how to complete this virtual evaluation in an email from support@spakinect.com.

Just to help you, we are copying these instructions below as well. The email from SpaKinect will list all treatments your Body Tonic provider has selected for you to be approved for within the next year. Please get approved for everything so you will not have to do another evaluation within the year. If you don't receive an email from SpaKinect that is fine, just review the instructions below.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR VIRTUAL MEDICAL EVALUATION

In order to complete the scheduled video evaluation, you will be required to download the SpaKinect TeleHealth App to a smart device using your regular App Store (like Apple App Store or Google Play). If prompted to allow access to your camera and microphone, please enable permission so we can see and hear you during your consultation.

Hours for SpaKinect Monday-Saturday 10am-8pm CST.  They tend to have longer wait times when they open in the morning, so please plan accordingly.  Thank you for understanding!

Once the SpaKinect App has been downloaded, you can log in using the ROOM CODE: HomeKinect.

Once you are logged in, it is going to ask you a couple of questions:

  • Please enter your name

  • Please enter your date of birth

  • Please select "HomeKinect" as your desired treatment - the Nurse Practitioners will have a list of all treatments Body Tonic would like approved for you.

  • Check the box that you have read and agree to the TeleHealth consult.  If you would like to read the form you may click on the blue wording to see a copy.

  • Click Next and you will begin to see yourself in the camera.  Please wait for your SpaKinect Nurse Practitioner to come on the screen. They will review your medical history with you and approve you for the requested treatments.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT AT BODY TONIC

  • Please come up to the spa no more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment to promote social distancing.

  • Please bring a mask or face covering.

  • We will take your temperature via infrared thermometer. If it is over 100.4 we will not be able to treat you.
