We specialize in cosmetic injections using neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin), as well as many types of dermal fillers:

  • Juvederm, Voluma, Vollure

  • Restylane, Refyne, Defyne, Kysse, Lyft, Contour

  • Belotero and Radiesse

  • Sculptra

  • Kybella

Botox, Dysport, and Xeomin are neuromodulators (each made by different companies) that help treat face and neck wrinkles by relaxing the underlying muscles. These can also be used to treat hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), TMJ issues, gummy smiles, dimpled chins and crepey skin.

Botox, Dysport and Xeomin work by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that make your muscles contract. Repetitive muscle activity causes lines and wrinkles.  After an injection with one of these products, muscle activity is not altogether stopped, so you can still frown, smile, or look surprised. Your results will not radically change your facial appearance or make you look as if you’ve “had work done." Your muscles will simply be more relaxed, smoothing out your unwanted facial wrinkles, and giving you a more rested and youthful appearance.

For treating static lines, and for enhancements, we offer the most advanced injection techniques with DERMAL FILLERS for: lips, chin, nose, cheeks, tear troughs, nasolabial folds, neck bands, decolletage, and non-facial areas like the knees and hands.

Kybella is the first and only non-surgical treatment approved by the FDA for contouring and improving the appearance of submental fullness, more commonly known as double chin. It is a patented, synthetic form of deoxycholic acid, a molecule that naturally occurs in our bodies, and helps metabolize fat. Kybella dissolves excess fat under the chin, leaving a smooth jawline without the downtime of treatments like traditional liposuction or neck surgery. Kybella is manufactured by Allergan, the makers of Botox.

How Does It Work?

Before injecting Kybella, a grid is placed over the area and specific markings are made to show exactly where your injections will go. Topical numbing cream will also be applied. The treatment is a series of injections, with an entire treatment session lasting about 20 minutes. Once injected, Kybella disrupts the fat cell membrane, causing lysis, which means it destroys the cell membrane. After that, the fat cell releases its fatty contents and the body naturally metabolizes that fat.

How Many Sessions Are Needed?

Generally three sessions, about 6-8 weeks apart, are needed to achieve optimal results. The first session will require about 2-4 vials, with the remaining sessions requiring less as some of the fat will already be diminishing.

Are Results Permanent?

Research has shown that even if weight is gained in other areas of the body, that fat is not regained in the areas where Kybella has been injected.
